How do I clean the cushion?
Cover: Unzip and remove it. Machine wash on gentle or hand wash - either works. Skip the dryer and hang dry to avoid shrinkage.
Foam: Don't machine wash the foam. If it needs a refresh, wipe the surface with a damp cloth (wring it out well - you don't want to soak it). Let it air dry in the sun when possible.
What is your warranty and replacement policy?
Every Socket Seat purchase includes a 100-day trial and warranty support. During the first 100 days, you may return your cushion for a full refund or request one free replacement. After 100 days, a one-time replacement is available for a $15 processing and shipping fee. Proof of purchase from Amazon is required for warranty claims.
