Trial and Warranty Policy
This policy explains trial, return, and replacement support for Socket Seat purchases from authorized marketplace listings, including Amazon. Proof of purchase is required.
1. 100-Day Trial
- You have 100 days from delivery to try your cushion in real-world use.
- If it is not the right fit, you may request a return for refund according to applicable marketplace return processing rules.
- For Amazon orders, checkout, payment, and refund mechanics are handled through Amazon systems.
2. Replacement Within First 100 Days
- If your order is within 100 days, one replacement is available at no product cost.
- Proof of Amazon purchase is required.
3. Replacement After 100 Days
- After 100 days, one replacement remains available for a $15 processing and shipping fee.
- This fee covers handling and shipment of the replacement unit.
- Proof of purchase remains required.
4. What Is Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or improper care.
- Normal cosmetic wear from ordinary long-term use.
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers or listings without valid proof of purchase.
5. How to Request Support
Email max@aylio.com with:
- Your name and contact email.
- Order number and purchase marketplace (for example, Amazon).
- A brief description of the issue and photos if relevant.
6. Processing Notes
Response and processing times may vary based on volume, carrier service, and verification requirements. We may request additional information to validate eligibility.
7. Consumer Rights
This policy gives specific support terms for Aylio products and does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
